I searched the internet, I read the reviews, and finally I decided that I should spend the money on the Anolon Advance 12 pcs set. Now I'd gone through some cheap cooking sets, and let me tell you, they're cheap for a reason. I was ready for a change, and guess what? I got it.

I've had this set for the past seven months and I absolutely love it! I haven't had any problems to speak of, and the coat hasn't even scratched off. I'm careful not to use metal utensils with them of course, though I'm confident that it wouldn't make a difference. Though these pans have to be cleaned by hand, they are simple to take care of and I have no issues with sticking.

This set was so incredible that I almost immediately put the griddle pan and grill pan on my Christmas list. My husband got them for me of course, and I use them all the time. The lid is large and fits the deep frying pan. With that being the case it is no surprise that it can cover the grill and most of the square griddle.

These pans are a little heavier than what I'm used to, even if they're not quits as heavy as cast iron. The larger pieces however come with two handles which makes them easier to move around. This isn't a problem, it simply shows that these are high quality pans! Would I recommend this product to anyone? I'd recommend it to everyone!

These pans are excellent. I've had my set for over five years and they still look like they just came off the store shelf. This isn't without some precaution however as I've been using wood and silicone instruments rather than metal. I've even overheated a pan once or twice and they're still like new.

The basic set is great, but if you want to add something to it, then the grill pan would be your best bet. The regular height grill pan is great for cooking bacon along with every other meat under the sun. it does cook burgers, though as you know, they are always going to be better outside than in.

It treated myself to the Analon cookware set for Christmas, and after searching through various stores and retail outlets, I came to realize that Amazon did in fact have the best price. I bought the 12 piece set an found that it was a solid cookware solution that featured covered handles. For those who don't know the significance of covered handles, try picking up a solid metal pan after it has been on the stove for twenty minutes. In addition to being comfortable, they actually clean quite easily, and to preserve them for a longer time I will be purchasing teflon utensils.

I'm not a food enthusiast, but I do like to eat every now and then, and the cheap dollar store pans simply aren't going to cut it. I spent ten years dealing with such pans, and finally I decided it was time to move on to the higher quality cook wear. These pans are made from aluminum, feature glass lids, and heat evenly. Cooking will never be the same.
