I have to say, this set of cookware is incredible. I actually have an induction burner, and it can be difficult to find pans that will work for it. These pans work with any stove top, and they look great! In addition to that they're incrdibly easy to clean, and I haven't had any problems with things sticking to them. In addition to that, I don't have to worry about ingesting chemicals! I usually use the same set of pots for everything, but having the variety is great, and you never know when you will need something different. As I said, it's solid, it's sold at a great price, and we think it's absolutely worth it!

I have to say, the first time I used these was an absolute nightmare. My plastic utensils were of absolutely not use as they simply melted to the pans. I came to the realization that I would simply need to spring for the metal ones that I'd been avoiding for so long! I did try to make pancakes, and I eventually switched to one of our older non-stick pans, which actually worked much better. I had to do some heavy scrubbing when all was said and done. Now the permanent logo is missing from the bottom of the pan! It is a nice set for certain types of cooking, but you don't want to push the limits.

This set of cookware is just incredible! I'd been suing a stainless set from Meyers for the last ten years, and I thought it was the be all, end all of pans until I finally tried this set from Calphalon. It feels right, the weight is right, and for the last two weeks I've been in culinary heaven! The only complaint I have is that the metal handles to get hot and will require a potholder. Just a suggest, but this could be fixed with a silicon handle!

      Disadvantages:
      The 6QT pot does not come with inserts, and there is no real reason to go looking for them.

      Yes, if these were configured just a little differently they would be an AMAZING set of pans! Let's face it, an insert is worth more than three fry pans!

I bought this cookware set for my wife, and it is exactly what she wanted. She enjoyed cooking before, and she absolutely loves it now! In addition to finally getting the perfect set, the ordering process was very smooth which is always a plus.

I did a lot of research and I finally bought the Calphalon Tri-ply. I used these pots every single day, even though they take a bit more time to heat. They were much cheaper than other pans I own, and I plan to continue using them for years to come.
