While I've never had a quality set of pots or pans before, I decided that now was the time to start making an investment. After doing my homework, I found that clad, or aluminum inside of stainless steel was the best design. After checking out various brands, I decided that Cusinart had the best prices. I also wanted brushed stainless steel, because scratches won't really show. Also, the Cusinart brand is dishwasher safe.

I'm glad that I made my purchase. I'm amazed how how quality cookware improves the cooking experience so much! This set cleans up easily and I mostly wash them by hand now.

I see that I, along with others, love this cookware set. I've had mine for over a year, and I'm just now reviewing them, because I've had so much fun using them. While I grew up on the iron skillet, I never really was able to manage too well with them.

I have found that I never had much luck with traditional non-stick products. Also, there is talk that this coating is dangerous to one's health. So, I looked for a healthier solution for my family and I. That's when I found the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro set. It's stylish without being intimidating. The pans have a nice heavy weight to them. These are a challenge to flip and to saute, but I've gotten used to them in time. There are no hot spots because these heat evenly. It takes less time to boil water, compared to my previous cheap sets. These heat evenly, no matter what the temperature is. This is great for someone like me, because I love slow cooking. I can't say enough how much I love this set

I've been using Cuisinart's Multiclad for around four weeks. I'm so that that I made this selection. I make omelets and sauce, with no issues. I'm hoping these really last, because I don't want to start over again soon. I just bought these to replace my eight year old Calphalon set.
