Product Description

Distinguished among All-Clad's renowned cookware collections by its stylish charcoal black hard anodized-aluminum exterior, the LTD line provides serious and professional cooks with all the virtues that make All-Clad's worldwide reputation unsurpassed. Key to its high performance is a three-ply, bonded construction. Sandwiched between the exterior and the interior lies a thick core of pure aluminum that spreads heat evenly across the bottoms of pots and pans and all the way up the sides. The striking exterior resists scratching, chipping, and peeling. Certain pieces, like this one, have two interior layers, one of 18/10 stainless steel and the other of scratch-resistant, professional-grade nonstick bonded to the steel.

This enormous stovetop grill pan makes clear the appeal of All-Clad's LTD cookware to contemporary cooks. It's 20 inches long and 13 inches wide, perfect for grilling a dozen big burgers or eight T-bone steaks and searing them with appetizing-looking grill marks. Because the grill's cooking surface is durable nonstick, you can grill healthful meals without using butter or oil and you'll have an easier cleanup. Polished 18/10 stainless-steel handles are riveted to the grill for strength, provide 2 inches of space to accommodate big hands, and stay cool on the stovetop. LTD cookware carries a lifetime warranty against defects and should be hand washed. --Fred Brack

"Typical All-Clad quality!"
By, Amazon Fan "AF" (TX USA)

"I have tried several stove top grills, so I feel qualified to comment on this one. First I bought the non-stick aluminum Nordicware grill, which worked ok till the non-stick peeled. Next I tried the LeCreuset, which was sooooo heavy, hard to clean, and began to develop rust spots. Next was the Lodge Logic, which was similar to the LeCreuset, but cheaper. (Too heavy and hard to clean.) Finally, I purchased this All-Clad Grande Grille Pan, which is the largest of the lot. It cooks evenly over two burners on my gas stove and cleans up easily with a little soaking. So far, this grill out performs any of the others and I am finally HAPPY with my purchase! (If you are a Foodie, you may notice Giada DeLaurentis using this same grill on "Everyday Italian".) If you are in the market for a quality stove-top grill, this one won't disappoint you."

"A terrific grill!"
By, nj grandma "Grandma" (New Jersey)

"I was recently at my daughter-in-law's home and saw her using this grill. It was so easy to clean. She uses it in her oven as a broiler rack with her electric oven. The broiler trays that come with most ovens are not that easy to clean, even when using a grilling spray. I liked it so much that I am now buying one for myself to use the same way, as a broiler tray for my oven. It is large enough to fit under the broiler and Soooooo easy to clean!"

"So good I bought two....."
By, B. Propper "cooking for 4" (Metro New York area)

"Actually, had to buy two because I had the misfortune of leaving our old one inside of the stove in our previous apartment! Well the new renters surely got a fabulous housewarming gift. This grill is easy to clean and wonderful to handle on two burners. We put one burner on medium for cooking and the other on low for keeping the finished food at the right temperature (handy when doing protein and veggies at same time). Also, if your oven is big enough, you can sear the meat on top of the stove and move it into a 450 preheated oven to panroast (the stainless handles make this a cinch). We've used Creuset as an alternative, and it's just not as easy to clean and maneuver."
