		<description>Flat bottomed cookware works best on this type of stove top.  When I got mine, I found that my old, beloved Calphalon didn&#039;t seem to heat evenly on this range.  I bought a set of Kitchen Aid stainless steal that was great.  I think any (including Calphalon) that has a flat bottom will work well.

I like the cookware from Pampered Chef - esp. the Executive line which is non-stick inside and out.  You can check it out if you like at:
