Where can I find reusable clear cutlery?

Why is it impossible to find transparent cutlery? I just want reusable transparent cutlery, like polycarbonate or something. Does it exist? Where can I find it? Thank you.

Try Big Lots. Have you tried Wal Mart, Target,etc.?

    Try Big Lots. Have you tried Wal Mart, Target,etc.?
